Guillaume's work experience also includes being a Graduate Student Research Assistant at McGill University, where they were involved in research projects related to detonation waves and supersonic phenomena. Guillaume also worked at Handy Chemicals Ltd. as an Assistant Coordinator for preventive maintenance, where they achieved cost savings and streamlined inventory management processes.

Guillaume Simard, MBA has an extensive education history. Guillaume pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University between 2003 and 2007. Following that, they earned a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the same institution, studying from 2007 to 2009. Building on their engineering background, they then attended McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management to obtain their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from 2014 to 2016, where they achieved the prestigious Dean's Honor List recognition.
