Joshua Peters

Joshua Peters is an experienced planning professional with a strong background in urban and environmental policy. Since June 2017, Joshua has served in various roles, including Principal Planner and Planning Supervisor, with the Loudoun County Government, following positions as a Senior Planner and Project Manager. Prior to this, Joshua worked as an Assistant Town Planner for the Town of Sandwich and undertook a role as a Traffic and Transportation Planning Intern at the City of Cambridge. Early career experiences include serving as a GIS Analyst at CoStar Portfolio Strategy and as a GIS Mapping Intern for the Mystic River Watershed Association. Joshua holds a Master’s degree in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning from Tufts University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University.
