Carmelo Fiannaca is a seasoned professional in digital transformation and business intelligence, currently serving as the Global G&O Digital Transformation Lead at Louis Dreyfus Company since August 2017. In this role, Carmelo directs the digital transformation initiatives for the Grains and Oilseeds platform, enhancing process efficiency and promoting the adoption of innovative technologies. Prior positions include leadership roles in digital portfolio management and service management, focusing on analytics and sustainability at Louis Dreyfus Company, and a history of consultancy with Accenture, where expertise in SAP BW and data solutions was developed. Academically, Carmelo holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering from Università di Pisa.
