Edson Alves has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Edson has worked in various roles and positions for different companies. Edson started their career at Banco do Brasil as a Support Analyst, providing technical support for Novell and Microsoft network environments. Edson then worked as a Support Analyst at Votorantim Cimentos and Warner Lambert before joining Vermont Tecnologia at Microsoft Company as a Technical Support Lead. In this role, they managed a team of over 100 people and provided support to Microsoft customers through various channels. Edson later joined Getronics Latam as a Service Desk Coordinator at Bayer, responsible for managing service delivery. At Petrobras, they worked as a Service Desk Supervisor for the South Region. Edson Alves has a diverse education history. Edson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Data Processing from Universidade São Judas Tadeu in the years 1995-2000 and completed a College program in Business Administration and Management, General at ETE Prof. Camargo Aranha from 1992-1994. Edson also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Information Technology Management at FIAP from 2010-2011 and in Marketing from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2015-2017.
