Elena Apostu

Elena Apostu has had a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Elena started their career as a Compensation & Benefits Senior Specialist at Romtelecom in 2006, where they worked until 2010. Following that, they joined Honeywell International Services as a Global Human Resources Manager for Friction Materials from 2010 to 2011. Elena then moved on to Louis Dreyfus Company, where they held various leadership positions including Global Head of Compensation & Benefits from 2011 to 2018, Global Head of Reward & Head of EMEA Compensation, Benefits & Analytics CoE from 2018 to 2020, and currently serves as the Head of Human Resources EMEA.

Elena Apostu completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration in foreign languages, English at the Academia de Studii Economice din București from 2003 to 2007. In 2022, they attended IMD and obtained a degree in Strategies for Leadership. Additionally, they are currently enrolled at IMD in the Leadership Academy program, which began in 2022 and is expected to end in 2023.
