Olivier Snowden Laboulle serves as the Global Head of Sustainability for Coffee at Louis Dreyfus Company since November 2020. Previously, Olivier held several roles at the International Cocoa Initiative, including Head of Programmes and Programme Manager focused on Responsible Supply Chain Management, from May 2015 to November 2020. Olivier's experience includes serving as West Africa Project Coordinator for the Environmental Justice Foundation and founding Juba Recycles, the first recycling social business in South Sudan, which provided income generation opportunities for vulnerable women while addressing plastic pollution. Additionally, Olivier has held positions at the German Commission for UNESCO, UNESCO, and various organizations promoting education for sustainable development. Olivier's academic background includes a Master's degree in Human Rights from the European Inter-University Centre for Human Rights and a combined Bachelor's and Master's degree in Social Sciences from Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg.
