Rafael Gianesini Megda

Rafael Gianesini Megda is a skilled professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement and processes, currently serving as Especialista de Melhoria Contínua e Processos at Louis Dreyfus Company since February 2019. In this role, Rafael develops projects aimed at enhancing data control and monitoring across global coffee, soybean, and fertilizer platforms, utilizing Scrum methodology and MS Project for project management.
