Chris Turner-Neal is a seasoned editorial professional with extensive experience in the humanities and creative writing. Currently serving as Senior Managing Editor at the Louisiana Endowment for the Humanities, Chris oversees budgeting, payments, grant applications, and general copyediting, while previously managing the production of the quarterly magazine 64 Parishes. A freelance proofreader and editor since 2008, Chris has contributed to a wide range of projects, including academic studies and humor writing. With a robust background in writing and tutoring, Chris has also held positions such as Arts and Entertainment Editor for Country Roads magazine and copywriter for Touchpoints Marketing. Chris holds an MA in History from Villanova University and a Bachelor's degree in History from Tulane University.
