Arthur Cameron began their career in 1995 as a Senior Food Safety Officer for the US Army. In this role, they were PAQI Certified, performed Commercial Audits on multiple commodities both in the US and Overseas, and managed all food safety programs in reference to food safety and defense for the DoD. Arthur also attended multiple levels of leadership training and received a Black belt in Lean Six Sigma. In 2018, they became a Quality Assurance Auditor for the Defense Logistics Agency. In 2015, they joined Public Health Command Central as a CASCAR Food Safety Program Manager, responsible for managing and performing audits of commercial establishments to include Poultry, Bakery, Further processing products, and Bottled Water Plants located in 28 different countries in Central/South American and the Caribbean. Arthur also served as the Command Food Safety Officer. In 2021, Arthur Cameron became a Senior Food Safety Officer for 1st Med BDE ClinOps. Most recently, in 2022, they joined the Louisiana Pepper Exchange as the Director of Operations and QA/QC and Food Safety Manager.
Arthur Cameron attended Central Texas College from 2011 to 2013. Arthur has obtained several certifications since then, including a SQF Internal Auditor edition 9 from Registrar Corp Online Food Safety Training in April 2022, a SQF Practioner edition 9 from Registrar Corp Online Food Safety Training in April 2022, a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification – Level I from the International Six Sigma Institute™ in August 2018, an HACCP Certification from AFDO in June 2018, and an FSPCA PCHF from the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) in February 2018.
