Dana Lebherz

Dana LeBherz, MPA, Ed.D, serves as the Director of Learning Performance and Culture at Louisiana State Civil Service since July 2011, where responsibilities include setting strategic plans and implementing division objectives and policies. Dana previously held the role of CPTP Operations Manager, overseeing a team of training specialists and defining program vision. Experience also includes positions as a Training and Development Specialist II at Jefferson Parish Human Resource Department, focusing on HR training and e-learning content, and various managerial roles at Berlitz Corporation, enhancing instructional quality and standards across multiple countries. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership and Learning from Vanderbilt University, a Master of Public Administration from the University of New Orleans, and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and German from the University of Maryland.
