Dan Belstone is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in kitchen operations and team management. Currently serving as Operations Chef for Loungers plc since March 2019, Dan oversees the day-to-day operations of seven sites within the South East region of Cosy Club. Prior roles include Head Chef in a high-revenue environment, managing a team of 14 chefs, and Sous Chef during a restaurant opening, where close collaboration with the Head Chef facilitated efficient kitchen setup and menu training. Dan's earlier experience includes positions as Sous Chef at Stonegate Group, Grill Chef at Shorties Restaurant, and Kitchen Assistant at Cafe Rouge, where foundational skills in high-volume food preparation and diverse cooking techniques were developed.
