Sarah Fyfe

Sarah Fyfe has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment roles. Sarah is currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Loungers plc since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Côte Restaurants as the Head of Talent, responsible for learning and development as well as talent attraction. Sarah also worked as the Head of Talent Attraction at the same company. Before that, Sarah worked as a Talent Attraction Manager at edyn and as the Head of Recruitment at Searcys, where they were responsible for various recruitment roles across the business. Sarah also worked as the National Recruitment Manager at Roadchef and as a Recruitment Advisor at Marston's PLC, where they handled end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple functions.

Sarah Fyfe attended Coventry University from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a 1st BA Hons degree in Business & Management. Prior to that, they studied A levels at Thomas Telford UTC from 2001 to 2008. In 2019 to 2020, they pursued CIPD Qualifications, specifically CIPD level 5 in Human Resources Development. Additionally, Sarah obtained a certification in CMI Level 5 Recruitment & Selection from the Chartered Management Institute in 2012.
