Valerie Marshall

Valerie Marshall has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Valerie is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Mahoney Environmental. Prior to this, Valerie held the position of Senior Director and Human Resources Business Partner at Sodexo, where they played a key role in managing the COVID-19 business continuity plan and launching an internal resources website. Valerie also served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at AIM Specialty Health, where they built the HR department from scratch and led the integration of a major merger. Valerie's experience at Aramark includes roles such as Senior Human Resources Director, Regional Human Resources Director, and Manager of Human Resources. At ITW Shakeproof Industrial, Valerie worked as the Manager of Human Resources, overseeing HR functions for multiple divisions and implementing policies to reduce turnover.

Valerie Marshall has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago. Valerie also completed an Executive Leadership Program with a focus on Strategic Management & Executive Leadership at Penn State University. Valerie Marshall further pursued their education by attending Cornell University where they completed an Executive Development Program in Organizational Leadership. Lastly, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business & Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
