Cesar Acuin is a seasoned professional within the Capuchin Order, currently serving as General Definitor for Asia-Pacific since September 2012. Previously, Cesar held the position of Minister Provincial in the Capuchin Order in the Philippines from May 2008 to August 2012, where responsibilities included supporting the spiritual and human development of confreres. As Rector of Lourdes School in Quezon City from November 2005 to May 2011, Cesar managed school operations and focused its educational direction. From January 2000 to October 2005, Cesar directed the Capuchin Retreat Center in Lipa City, overseeing the management of the center and offering retreats. Earlier roles include serving as Treasurer for Kapatirang Capuchino ng Pilipinas from May 1997 to December 1999, responsible for financial management. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Ecclesiastical Theology from Divine Word School of Theology, a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Philosophy from Lourdes Seminary, and a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of the Philippines.
