Todd M. Williams

Todd M. Williams is a legal professional with extensive experience in energy law and business education. Currently serving as President & General Counsel at Lean & Green Michigan since February 2018, Todd also provides legal support through Levin Energy Partners focused on energy finance and PACE projects across Michigan. In addition to legal practice, Todd has been an Adjunct Instructor at Lourdes University since August 2016, teaching a course on the legal environment of business. Previous positions include Attorney at Todd M. Williams Attorney at Law, ltd., where Todd specialized in advanced energy and efficiency development in Ohio, and Associate Attorney at Shindler Neff LLP. Todd's foundational experience includes partnerships at Williams Allwein & Moser, fellowship roles at the Ohio Environmental Council and Lucas County Board of County Commissioners, and an earlier role in accounts payable at O-I. Educationally, Todd holds a Juris Doctor from The University of Toledo College of Law, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
