Edward Shelomis has a long and impressive work history in the engineering field. Edward started their career in 1973 as a Principal at Design Development Group and worked there until 1981. Edward then founded their own company, EG Shelomis & Associates, where they served as Principal from 1982 to 1997. Following that, they joined Thornton Tomasetti as a Senior Vice President from 1997 to 2009. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President at Loureiro Engineering Associates, Inc., starting in 2010.
Edward Shelomis holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a Structural Specialty from the University of Connecticut, which they completed in 1976. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Haven in 1972. Edward started their academic journey by obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from New Haven College in 1970.
