Rikke Refsgaard Larsen

Rikke Refsgaard Larsen has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of People Business Partnering at Better Collective since April 2018. Previously, Rikke held various roles at Better Collective, including Senior HR Consultant and HR Recruitment Assistant. Prior to this, Rikke contributed as a Student Assistant at Innovationsfonden and the Danish Agency for Science, Technology and Innovation, along with early career experience at Nykredit. Rikke's educational background includes a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School, an undergraduate degree in Management, Communication, and Psychology from the University of Glasgow, and a Bachelor's degree in English and Organizational Communication from Copenhagen Business School. Rikke also graduated from Gefion Gymnasium with an emphasis on English, Social Science, and Math.
