Responsibilities:

Assist in managing the day-to-day activities of assigned artists, including communication, scheduling, and administrative tasks.

Work closely with artists to understand their goals, aspirations, and creative vision, providing guidance and support as needed.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute promotional campaigns, releases, and other initiatives.

Help identify and pursue new opportunities for artists, such as performances, exhibitions, collaborations, and partnerships.

Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements on behalf of artists, ensuring their interests are protected.

Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and emerging opportunities relevant to our artists.

Provide feedback and input on artists' branding, image, and creative direction.

Handle administrative duties related to artist management, such as maintaining documentation, managing budgets, and tracking expenses.

**Qualifications: ** Previous experience in artist management, talent representation, or related fields within the entertainment industry is preferred but not required.

Passion for the arts and a genuine interest in supporting artists in their creative endeavors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
