We seek a motivated and passionate Entry-Level Artist Manager to join our remote team on a commission basis. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in the music or entertainment industry and are motivated by performance-based rewards.
Responsibilities Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the artist. Coordinate with artists to understand their needs and preferences. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors or venues. Maintain and update our internal database with artist/venue information. Provide excellent customer service to artists and handle inquiries and issues. Stay updated on industry trends and suggest innovative ideas for improvement.
Background / Passionate Interest in Business, Music, or related field. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Google Suite and communications software. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Compensation This is a commission-based role. Compensation will be a percentage of the revenue generated from the artists you manage, providing a significant earning potential for successful managers.
