As a Part-time Remote Booking Agent at Love In Action Network, you will play a pivotal role in securing bookings and opportunities for our roster of talented artists. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work remotely, making it ideal for individuals passionate about the entertainment industry who are seeking a part-time role that fits their schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue booking opportunities for assigned artists, including live performances, virtual events, speaking engagements, and collaborations.
• Build and maintain relationships with event organizers, venue managers, talent buyers, and other industry professionals to facilitate bookings.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of artists, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
• Coordinate logistics for booked events, including travel arrangements, accommodations, technical requirements, and rider provisions.
• Communicate with artists, managers, and clients to confirm booking details, provide updates, and address any concerns or questions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities relevant to our artists.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, contracts, and correspondence using our booking management system.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including artist managers, marketing, and PR, to promote booked events and maximize exposure for our artists.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in talent booking, artist management, event planning, or related fields within the entertainment industry preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and close deals.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Resourcefulness and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing booking opportunities.
• Familiarity with booking platforms, industry databases, and tools for researching and identifying potential opportunities.
• Proficiency in using email, phone, and other communication channels to connect with clients and partners.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a remote environment and accommodate varying schedules.
