Doulla Koumi

Doulla Koumi is the Managing Director at Love Joes. Prior to that, they worked as a Specialist at Apple from September 2010 to February 2011. In that role, they were responsible for quickly responding to customer complaints, requests and comments, as well as developing customer service procedures, policies & standards. Doulla is known for their excellent sales and team-working skills, and their ability to drive operational, visual and customer service standards in store.

Doulla Koumi has a degree in music technology from the London School of Sound, and a DJ/producer master program from Dubspot. Doulla also has certification from LinkedIn in "Getting Things Done" and "The 7 Secrets of Responsive Leadership (getAbstract Summary)".
