Amanda Kwasniewicz

Amanda Kwasniewicz has worked in the customer experience field since 2013. Amanda began their career at Kohl's Department Stores as an Assistant Store Manager, Apparel and Accessories in 2013. In 2014, they moved to Hulu as a Customer Care Advocate. In 2015, they joined Casper as a Manager, Customer Experience and subsequently held the roles of Supervisor, Customer Experience, Lead, Customer Experience, and Specialist, Customer Experience. In 2018, they joined THINX as a Manager, Customer Experience and Love Wellness as a Director, Customer Experience, and was later promoted to VP, Customer Experience.

Amanda Kwasniewicz graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Apparel and Textiles in 2013. Amanda began their studies in 2009.
