Madelena Vidi

Madelena Vidi has a diverse work experience. Madelena is currently the Director of Lifecycle Marketing at Love Wellness, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Collective Laboratories from September 2020 to March 2023. During their time there, they served as the Director of Customer Experience and Retention, where they developed and oversaw strategies for customer engagement and loyalty. Before that, they worked as a Customer Experience Manager at the same company from September 2020 to April 2021. Madelena also has experience at Mobify, a Salesforce Company, where they held various roles including Account Executive, Marketing Programs Manager, and Business Development Representative from July 2014 to April 2020. Madelena was also a Founding Member in the Brand and Communications division of The Pack, from September 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they worked at Vision Critical as an Incentives Analyst and Panel Engagement Team Lead, where they managed incentive programs for high-profile clients from March 2013 to June 2014.

Madelena Vidi obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from The University of British Columbia, where they studied from 2008 to 2012.
