Ilya Burdinsky

Ilya Burdinsky has over 13 years of work experience in various HR roles. Ilya is currently working as an HR Manager at LoveCrafts since 2019. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Manager at Nustay from 2018 to 2019, where they were responsible for recruitment, onboarding, performance and salary review, employee retention, and team culture. Before that, they worked as an HR Manager at Provectus from 2018 to 2018, providing HR services to the Kiev office. Ilya has also worked as a People Partner at Ciklum from 2015 to 2018, and as a Training expert at MTS Group from 2014 to 2015 handling training and development for IT and Technical Departments. Ilya Burdinsky completed their education at the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute', earning a Master's degree in Linguistics and a Specialist degree in Linguistics. Ilya attended the university from 2001 to 2006.
