Liuba Tereshchenko

Liuba Tereshchenko has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. In 2014, they worked as an Au Pair in Germany. From 2016 to 2017, they served as an Incident Management Analyst at Atos. In 2018, they joined FIS as an Incident Management Analyst / IT Operating until 2019. In the same year, they worked as a Traffic Assistant at Servired sp. z o.o. Most recently, they joined LoveCrafts in 2019 as a Senior Customer Operations Specialist and has since been promoted to Customer Operations Team Supervisor in 2022.

Liuba Tereshchenko completed their Bachelor's degree in German Language and Literature from Petro Mohyla Black Sea State University from 2010 to 2014. In 2015 and 2016, they attended Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society for two semesters, studying Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.

In terms of additional certifications, Liuba obtained the following:

- In September 2020, they received a certification in Programming Foundations: Software Testing/QA from LinkedIn.

- In November 2019, they completed an International Logistics Course lasting two months, offered by Logistic Network Ukraine & Marine Container Service.

- In October 2017, they obtained ITIL Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.

- In April 2015, they received certification in DaF (Deutsch als Fremdsprache) from TestDaF Institute.
