Christin Powell has a diverse work experience in the beauty, health, and wellness industry. Christin is the Co-Founder & CEO of Kinship, a youth-inspired wellness brand that focuses on clean, cruelty-free skin wellness products. Prior to this, they worked at The Beauty Studio LLC as the President, where they provided product development innovation services for beauty, health, and wellness companies. Christin also held the position of Vice President Product Development at Stella & Dot Family of Brands, specifically for EVER Skincare. Additionally, Christin worked at Perricone MD as the Director of Product Development, where they led product development strategy and pioneered new product categories. Christin also co-founded and served as Chief Creative Officer at Juice Beauty, Inc. Furthermore, they have experience as the Marketing Director at The Understanding Business. Christin has a proven track record of success in product development, marketing, and innovation in the beauty industry.

Christin Powell attended UC Santa Barbara from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Managerial Economics. Christin then pursued further education at Boston University, earning a Master of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, General, from 1994 to 1996.
