Doug Rogers

Doug Rogers has over 35 years of experience in the pavement maintenance industry. Doug founded Rogers Pavement Maintenance Inc. in 1987 and served as the Business Owner until January 2023. Their company offered a comprehensive range of services including asphalt paving, sealcoating, excavation, patching, and striping. In September 2021, Doug joined Loveland Excavating and Paving, Inc. as the Vice President of the Asphalt Division.

Doug Rogers obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialization in Management and Marketing from Xavier University - Williams College of Business. Doug attended the university from 1983 to 1987.
