Lauren Mitchell

Director, Customer Success at Loveland Innovations

Lauren Mitchell has a wealth of experience in customer success and sales roles. Lauren began their career in 2010 as an Assistant Manager at White House Black Market. In 2014, they moved to Verisk Insurance Solutions, where they served as a Sales Administrative Assistant for Xactware Solutions, Inc. In 2017, they joined Vivint Smart Home as a Sales Project Manager. Most recently, they have been with Loveland Innovations since 2018, where they have held the roles of Customer Success Coordinator, Manager of Customer Success, and Director of Customer Success.

Lauren Mitchell received a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with an Emphasis in Criminology and Corrections from the University of Utah in 2014. Lauren is currently attending Utah Valley University. In addition, they have obtained two certifications: an Executive Education from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business in 2019, and a Criminology and Corrections from the University of Utah College of Social and Behavioral Science in 2014.
