Head of Customer Experience at LOVESPACE

Brett Holland has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Brett recently joined LOVESPACE as the Head of Customer Experience in April 2023. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2023, they worked at Pizza Hut UK & Europe as the UK Customer Service Manager. From 2015 to 2020, they were the Customer Service Operations Manager at Charles Tyrwhitt, where they were responsible for managing contact center operations and delivering weekly Voice of the Customer analysis. From 2013 to 2015, Brett worked at ASOS.com as the Contact Centre Continuous Improvement Manager, contributing to the company's growth and expansion. At Menzies Aviation, they served as the Passenger Services Manager from 2011 to 2013, overseeing various customer touch points and ensuring high service standards. Brett started their career at TUI in 2009 as a Team Manager and later joined easyJet as the Head of Check-In - Passenger Services from 2000 to 2004. Brett Holland attended Harlington Upper School from 1993 to 1998, where they studied GCSE and A Levels. Brett then enrolled at Nottingham Trent University from 1998 to 2001, obtaining a degree in Industrial Management, with a focus on Business Administration and Management. In 2022, Brett pursued further education at The Bedford College Group, where they completed a CIPD Level 5 program in Human Resources Management and Services by 2023.
