Josh Allan Dykstra has diverse experience in the field of organizational development and leadership. Josh Allan is currently the CEO/Co-Founder of #lovework, a company that aims to improve work culture and employee development through a tech-enabled approach. Prior to this, they worked as the CEO of Helios.work from 2017 to 2021.

Josh has also co-founded and served as a podcast host for The Work Revolution from 2013 to 2020, and as a co-founder of Dynamizer from 2017 to 2020. Josh Allan has co-founded and served as the Co-CEO of beForte, where they helped organizations and teams achieve success through culture strategy development, leadership development initiatives, and executive coaching.

Additionally, they have provided consulting and facilitation services as a Consultant & Facilitator for The Energy Catalyst Group from 2012 to 2017. Josh has also been involved in initiatives promoting conscious capitalism as a Founding Board Member of Conscious Capitalism Los Angeles from 2014 to 2015.

Before these roles, Josh worked as the Principal & Co-Founder of Strengths Doctors, where they provided strategic consulting and facilitated organizational development and change management initiatives. Josh Allan also worked as an Organizational Change Specialist/Consultant for Josh Allan Consulting, assisting businesses in executing organizational culture change and transformation projects.

Josh Allan Dykstra has a diverse education background. Josh Allan earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Liberal Arts with an emphasis in Leadership from a Private Liberal Arts University in Colorado, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Additionally, in 2002, they attended the Contemporary Music Center to focus on production, songwriting, and performance. In 2008 and 2009, Josh pursued an MBA degree in Executive Leadership from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

In addition to their formal education, Josh has obtained several certifications. In January 2007, they became a Clifton StrengthsFinder™ certified practitioner through Gallup. Later, in January 2012, they received the Strengthscope® Certified Practitioner certification from Strengths Partnership Ltd.
