Anissa Norris

Anissa Norris has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Anissa is currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer and Co-Founder at #lovework, a company that focuses on culture and people development through a tech-enabled approach. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Operations Officer at Helios.work. Anissa also held the position of Operations Manager and Director of Business Operations at beForte from 2012 to 2017. Before that, they worked as the Family Resource Center Manager and Director Assistant for the SSHS Federal Grant Initiative at USD 491. Anissa'searly career included a role as a Copy Editor and Coder at Allen Press, Inc. from 1996 to 2007.

Anissa Norris attended The University of Kansas from 1989 to 1993, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration with a field of study in French. In addition to their academic education, Anissa obtained two certifications. In May 2018, they received an Appreciative Inquiry Practitioner Certification from the David L. Cooperrider Center for Appreciative Inquiry. Furthermore, in September 2012, Anissa obtained a Strengthscope Practitioner and Accreditation Trainer certification from the Strengths Partnership institution.
