New Product Development Manager at Loving Earth

Anna Hoang has extensive experience in product development and project management. Anna currently works as a New Product Development Manager at Loving Earth, where they are responsible for managing the end-to-end product development process and ensuring the commercial viability and quality assurance of all new projects. Before joining Loving Earth, Anna worked at Soulfresh as a Product Commercialisation Manager, leading the project team in delivering high-quality products on time and mitigating associated risks. Prior to that, they held roles at Barry Callebaut Group, including Product Expert ANZ and Product & Packaging Development Technologist, where they led technical product development, defined requirements and specifications for new products, and built strong relationships with customers. Anna also has experience in quality assurance, having worked as a Quality Assurance Coordinator and Quality Assurance Release Coordinator at Nestlé, where they implemented and ensured compliance with quality systems and monitored environmental conditions. Anna began their career as a Chocolatier at Nestlé.

Anna Hoang completed their education at Deakin University from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Food & Nutrition degree with a focus on Exercise Science. Prior to that, they attended William Angliss Institute from 2010 to 2011, where they earned a Certificate IV in Hospitality (Patisserie).
