Thai Hong

Thai Hong has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. They started their career as a National Accounts Underwriter at St. Paul Companies in 1993 and stayed in that role until 1999. In 2001, they joined Lockton Companies as a Senior Account Executive and worked there until 2014. From 2014 to 2018, Thai Hong served as a Senior Manager - Global Risk Management at Asurion. They then worked as a Vice President of Risk Management at CBIZ Insurance Services, Inc. for eight months in 2019. Later that same year, Thai Hong became the Vice President of Strategy and Client Success at Brush Creek Partners until early 2020. From 2020 to 2022, they held the position of Director of Operations at The Hays Group. Currently, Thai Hong is a Client Executive at Lovitt & Touché | Marsh McLennan Agency.

Thai Hong obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Business from Hamline University from 1986 to 1990. In 1989 to 1990, Thai Hong also studied Japanese Language and Literature at Waseda University. Additionally, Thai Hong obtained a CPCU certification from the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) Society in September 2002.
