Crissy Francis

Crissy Francis began their work experience in 2016 as a Recruiter at Insight Global, a national staffing and services company. Crissy worked there for one year, completing over 33,000 placements annually. In 2017, they joined Lower as a Talent Acquisition specialist and quickly advanced to the role of Talent Acquisition Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Business Development & Talent Acquisition at Lower, a company they have been with since 2017.

Crissy Francis attended Tidewater Academy from 2006 to 2012. From 2012 to 2016, they pursued their higher education at the University of Lynchburg, studying Criminology and Human Services. Crissy did not obtain a degree during this time.
