Kristi Rodgers has a diverse work experience in various roles within the IT and Agile delivery field. Starting in 2006 at SterlingBackcheck as a Strategic Projects Specialist, they later moved on to DMI as an IT Business Analyst. Joining FEMA in 2016, they worked as a Program Specialist and IT Project Manager. Currently, Kristi is serving as the Director of Agile Delivery at Lowers Risk Group, where they have held roles such as Agile Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, and Manager of Business Support.

Kristi Rodgers completed their Associates degree in Administrative Support Technology / Desktop Publishing at Laurel Ridge Community College from 2003 to 2005. Kristi then pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with a Professional Writing Concentration and a Minor in Information Technology at Southern New Hampshire University from 2015 to 2021. In addition, they obtained various certifications including the monday.com Core Builder Certification in 2023 and the Business Agility Foundations Certification in 2022.
