Susan Noel has extensive experience in laboratory management, having served as Assistant Lab Manager at Loxahatchee River Environmental Control District since March 1999. Prior to this role, Susan held the position of Lab Manager at the City of West Palm Beach from 1995 to March 1999 and worked as Lab Manager at US Sugar from 1989 to 1996. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, which was earned between 1978 and 1983.
