Florencia Gatti

Florencia Gatti has a varied work experience spanning over a decade, primarily in eCommerce operations and project management. Florencia has worked in companies such as Carrefour Argentina, TaTa S.A., and Loyal Guru, where they played roles such as eCommerce Operations Manager, Head of eCommerce Operations, and SW Project Manager EU. In their previous roles, they have displayed expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum, developed project plans, allocated resources, developed and managed logistics processes, guaranteed compliance with digital channel strategy, and reported weekly progress to the CEO. Florencia also has experience in supply chain management and deposit assistance.

Florencia Gatti started their education in 1993 at Colegio Centro Cultural Italiano - Alessando Manzoni, where they completed a Spanish-Italian Bilingual Bachelor with a specialization in Economy and Management of Organizations modality in 2007. After that, they pursued a Degree in Administration from the University of Buenos Aires, which they completed in 2015. In 2018, they attended the eCommerce Institute to complete a Retail eCommerce Executive Program, taking a closer look at eCommerce. Besides, Florencia also obtained certifications from Lemon Cash, Coderhouse, Peregrinus, and Squared Online on Crypto Lemon, Metodologías agiles (Scrum), Agile Leadership, and Digital Marketing, respectively.
