Víctor Molina Viedma

Víctor Molina Viedma has over 10 years of work experience. Víctor started their career in 2011 as an IT Manager at Diprotech S.L. and Technical Director at Grupo Moldtrans. Later that year, they became an IT Project Manager / Team Leader at AGBAR. In 2013, they worked as a UX Designer and IT Project Manager / Infraestructure Senior Consultant at Necsia IT Consulting. From 2015 to 2017, Víctor was a UX Designer / Mobile Manager at Opentrends. Víctor then moved to Equivalenza as a Service Designer / IT Manager in 2018. In 2019, they became a Senior UX Designer at Adsmurai. In 2020, Víctor was a Lead Product Designer at ayoba. Currently, they are the Head of Product Design and Lead Product Designer at Loyal Guru.

Víctor Molina Viedma has an extensive education history. In 2001, they obtained an Ingeniería Informática degree from Escola Universitària Politècnica de Mataró. Víctor then attended Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, where they obtained a Licenciatura degree in Ciencias Fisicas in 2003. In 2016, they obtained an ITIL Certificate in IT Service Management from APMG International. In 2018, they obtained a User Experience certification from UXER SCHOOL, and in 2019 they obtained a Circular Design Sprint certification from UXER SCHOOL. From 2019 to 2020, they attended The Interaction Design Foundation and obtained degrees in UX Management: Strategy and Tactics, Emotional Design, Psychology of Interaction Design, and Human-Computer Interaction - HCI. In 2021, they obtained a Child Protection for International Schools - Level 2 certification from GRUPO EDUCARE.
