Odd Dahm Sælen

Odd Dahm Sælen has over 35 years of work experience, with a diverse background in software development, consulting, and leadership roles.

Odd Dahm is currently working as a Senior Software Developer at Loyall since April 2021. Prior to this, they were the CEO of Idet Data, a small agile company where they served as the daily manager and was responsible for delivering customized solutions to clients from August 2016 to February 2022.

Before that, Odd worked as an independent consultant, focusing on the development of KunDet, a GIS/CRM/order/inventory system using data from Norgeskart. Odd Dahm operated as a self-employed consultant from August 2015 to February 2022.

Odd also worked as a Senior Consultant at Gets Services as, where they engaged in front-end and back-end programming for World Medical Card's system, and developed a payment solution using Sitefinity for Klarna. Odd Dahm held this position from June 2014 to August 2015.

Furthermore, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Umoe Consulting from August 2009 to July 2014. Prior to that, they were a Program Developer at EMSystemer from 1994 to 2009.
