Ravisankar Sundararaj

RaviSankar Sundararaj is the Chief Product & Innovation Officer at Loyalty Now, contributing to a leading platform in loyalty and customer engagement solutions since August 2023. With extensive experience in software development and IT services, RaviSankar previously held the position of Director and Head of Software R&D at Collinson from January 2014 to July 2023, where leadership encompassed global software development teams and managed services. Earlier roles at Collinson (formerly Welcome Real Time) included Global Head of Software Development & Research and Enterprise Architect. RaviSankar began their career in 1996 at Mastek as a Software Programmer Analyst, and has managed significant projects in diverse industries. Educational qualifications include an upcoming certification in Information Technology from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University.
