Ryan Keyfitz

Ryan Keyfitz has extensive experience in the field of UX design. Ryan currently holds the position of Associate Director of UX Design at LoyaltyOne, where they started in January 2022. Prior to this, Ryan worked at Rogers Communications, where they held various roles, including UX Strategy & Service Design Lead, Principal UX Designer, and Senior UX Designer. Ryan was employed at Rogers Communications from November 2016 to December 2021. Before joining Rogers Communications, Ryan worked at Critical Mass as a User Experience Architect from September 2014 to May 2016. In this role, they were responsible for UX architecture for global mobile, web, and responsive banking products. Ryan also worked at the Inclusive Media and Design Centre as a UX Designer and Lab Manager from July 2014 to September 2014, overseeing interaction design and user research for media projects designed for users with disabilities. Prior to that, they worked at the Intelligent Assistive Technology and Systems Lab as an Engineering Researcher-Developer from February 2011 to January 2013, where they conducted research, design, programming, and construction of interactive systems. Overall, Ryan Keyfitz has a strong background in UX design with experience in various industries.

Ryan Keyfitz attended McMaster University from 2006 to 2010 where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electrical & Biomedical Engineering. Ryan later pursued higher education at the University of Toronto from 2013 to 2014, completing a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Human Factors Engineering.
