Agnese Grinberga has a diverse work experience in various organizations and roles. Agnese is currently working at Loylogic as the Head of Customer Operations, where they are responsible for driving organizational performance, client onboarding, and implementing process improvement frameworks. Prior to Loylogic, they worked as a Member Service Manager at the same company, where they transformed the customer support function and operations, developed customer service strategies, and enhanced organizational effectiveness. Before Loylogic, Agnese was the Head of Remote Customer Service at Citadele Banka, where they set up a new division and executed customer service strategies. Agnese also worked at TWINO as the Group Head of Customer Experience & Debt Collection and at 4finance as the Group Head of Debt Collection, where they were responsible for developing and implementing customer experience and debt collection strategies. Agnese started their career at Intrum as a Branch Manager, where they had operational and administrative responsibilities and developed debt collection processes and services.
Agnese Grinberga has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General and IT from Riga Business School. Agnese also holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Law from Latvijas Universitate.
