Michael R.

Michael R. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Michael is currently employed as the Regional Associate CMO at Loyola Medicine since July 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a Doctor of Medicine at Michael L. Radzienda, MD LLC from September 2017 to November 2019. Michael also served as the Chief Medical Officer at Sound Physicians from October 2011 to September 2017. Before that, they held the position of VP Hospital Medicine and Clinical Effectiveness at Vanguard Health Systems from July 2010 to June 2011. Michael also worked as an Assistant Professor and Chief of Section of Hospital Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin from January 2007 to June 2010. Michael R. has also held various positions at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital, The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, and Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine.

Michael R. attended Marist High School from 1983 to 1987. Michael then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences at Washington University in St. Louis from 1987 to 1991. From 1991 to 1995, they obtained their MD degree in Medicine from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine. Michael continued their education at the same institution from 1995 to 1998, completing their residency in Internal Medicine. In 1998, they attended Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine again as a Chief Medical Resident until 1999. Finally, in 2000, they briefly studied Executive Physician Management at the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago.
