Meharvan Singh

Meharvan Singh serves as the Vice Provost for Research at Loyola University Chicago since May 2020 and holds the position of Vice Dean of Research at Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine since February 2019. Prior to these roles, Meharvan Singh was the Interim Executive Director of the Institute for Healthy Aging at UNT Health Science Center from December 2017 to February 2019 and has also served as Dean of the Graduate School of Biomedical Science and Chair of the Department of Pharmacology and Neuroscience at UNT Health Science Center from 2010 to October 2017. Meharvan Singh earned a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, with a focus on Neuroendocrinology and Neuropharmacology, from the University of Florida from 1989 to 1994, and a Bachelor's Degree in Zoology from the University of Florida from 1985 to 1989.
