Cathy Rogers Franklin, Ph.D., APR has extensive experience in the field of communications and journalism. Cathy currently holds various roles at Loyola University New Orleans, including Faculty Director at the Shawn M Donnelley Center for Nonprofit Communications and Chairperson of the Strategic Communication Dept. Cathy has also served as a journalism instructor at Louisiana College and worked as a Public Relations Assistant at Woman's Hospital. Cathy holds a Ph.D. in Journalism and Mass Communication from Ohio University, along with other degrees from Louisiana State University and Louisiana College.
