Tofarati Okenimkpe

Tofarati Okenimkpe is a dedicated and experienced individual currently serving as an incoming Health Consulting Intern at Mercer. They have held various roles at School Food Solutions and Loyola University New Orleans, including Vice President of the Honors College, Research Assistant, Campus Ambassador, Senior Desk Assistant, and Orientation Leader. They were also selected to participate in the Women's Leadership Series 2024 at Oliver Wyman. Tofarati is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Public Health with a minor in Business Analytics at Loyola University New Orleans.
