Nick Thielen

Nick Thielen serves as General Counsel at Lozier Corporation since September 2023, overseeing all legal matters and contributing to strategic initiatives as part of the executive leadership team. Additionally, Nick has been an elected member of the Omaha Public Schools Board of Education since January 2021, chairing the policy committee and focusing on district accountability and progress. Previously, Nick held the position of Executive Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at EHPV Management Group from April 2017 to July 2023, managing legal affairs across multiple industries. Earlier roles include Deputy General Counsel at Kutak Rock and Associate Attorney specializing in complex insurance coverage litigation. Nick's judicial experience includes clerking for the Honorable Judge Lyle Strom and interning for the Honorable Judge Laurie Smith Camp in the Federal District Court for the District of Nebraska. Academic credentials include a J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law, an executive education program at Harvard Business School, and a B.A. in Economics and Theater from Colgate University.
