Anne Nelson

Anne Nelson, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a People Partner at Varo Bank, a position held since November 2021, alongside responsibilities as a Senior Talent Partner. Previously, Anne worked at Red Ventures as a Recruiter and Recruiting Coordinator from June 2019 to November 2021. Anne's career began with an internship at the Virginia Tech Division of Human Resources from January 2018 to June 2019, followed by a tenure as a People Team and Talent Acquisition Intern at AvePoint during the summer of 2018. At AvePoint, Anne contributed to internal HR communication strategies, employee engagement initiatives, and strategic sourcing efforts. Anne holds a degree from Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business, completed in 2019.
