Carolyn Jayne

Carolyn Jayne is a seasoned investment management attorney with extensive experience in the legal and regulatory landscape affecting investment advisers. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at LPL Financial since September 2015, Carolyn provides strategic legal advice and guides product teams through the development of new initiatives. Prior to this role, Carolyn was Vice President and Associate Counsel at K&L Gates from November 2005 to September 2015, advising a diverse range of financial market participants. Carolyn began a legal career as an Associate at Winston & Strawn LLP from 2002 to 2005. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Indiana University Bloomington.
