Ellen Anthony

Ellen Anthony is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources, administration, and strategic consulting. Currently serving as Chief of Staff to the CIO in Advisor Technology at LPL Financial, Ellen has held significant roles including Senior Consultant at Employment Practices Group, LLC, and Director and Business Manager at BNY Mellon | Pershing, where oversight of a 60-person team was a key responsibility. Previous positions include guiding HR teams at PDT Partners, advising senior management on market risk at BNY Mellon, and managing core HR functions at The D. E. Shaw Group. Ellen holds a Master of Arts in French Studies from New York University and a Bachelor's Degree in French Language and Literature from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
