Ryan Burch

Ryan Burch currently serves as the Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and Chief Privacy Officer at LPL Financial since December 2023. Prior to this role, Ryan spent over a decade at PayPal, where responsibilities included Vice President of Legal for Global Privacy, Risk & Cybersecurity, as well as several senior director positions overseeing various legal domains including technology platforms and global privacy. Ryan's earlier experience includes serving as Associate General Counsel at Citigroup and as an attorney at Gorman & Williams. Ryan began a legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable Albert J. Matricciani, Jr. Ryan holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, a Master of Science from Boston College, and a Bachelor of Science from Boston College.
